God's Light In The Darkness

Lord I call to thee
In the darkness of the night
In all my desperation
I long, in thee, to hide
Lord the way ahead
Seems so awfully steep
But I know your word, O Lord,
Is a lamp unto my feet
Give to me, O Lord,
A light within the dark
A hope for the future
As you illuminate my path
