"...For we are the sweet fragrance of Christ [which exhales] unto
God, [discernible alike] among those who are being saved and
among those who are perishing: To the latter it is an aroma
[wafted] from death to death [a fatal odor, the smell of doom];
to the former it is an aroma from life to life [a vital fragrance,
living and fresh]. And who is qualified (fit and sufficient) for
these things? [Who is able for such a ministry? We?]..."

We are the sweet fragrance of Christ. We have the fragrance
of God’s grace over us. We no longer have an aroma of death.
Since we are now God’s children, saved by grace, we are like
sweet smelling incense to Him.
We need to see ourselves in this light. We need to see ourselves
as being a pleasure to God – a beautiful fragrant that brings a
smile to His face. Our new life in Christ represents a sweet
aroma of ‘life’, living and fresh. As you go into your day,
take the sweet aroma of God everywhere you go.
