"...For I am persuaded beyond doubt (am sure) that
neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities,
nor things impending and threatening nor things to
come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything
else in all creation will be able to separate us from
the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord..." - Romans 8: 38-39
We read here how nothing at all can separate
us from the love of God.
No demonic powers, nothing we fear or dread. Nothing
we say or do. There is nothing at all in all of
creation that could separate us from God’s love,
or stop Him from loving us.
It’s much like how we are as parents. We love our
children despite anything they may say or do. We
may not like or agree with certain behaviour, but
the child themselves we still love.
How much more so is it with God? His love for us
is so much more than the love we have for our children.
God’s love is unconditional love – Agape love!
