Read: Mark 14: 30-31, 66-72
My heart goes out to Peter. He loved Jesus, but
in a moment of weakness, denied and disowned Him.
How his heart must have ached when he realized
what he had done. How Jesus' heart must have ached
knowing Peter would deny him.
Peter is just like you and me. There were times in
his life that he fell short of the mark. But he
didn't give up on his faith. He repented and kept
going on with God. We can too. We all fail at times.
We all fall short of the mark. But we don't have to
stay in our failing. We can choose to rise up again
and carry on with God. God already knows when we
will fail. He is there with arms open wide; ready
to embrace us when we call out to Him. He forgives
and restores us. When you do fail, don't feel as
though God could never use you again. That's a lie
from Satan. God does not give up on us that easily.
God will raise us up again, to walk in sweet fellowship with Him.
Run into His open arms, and allow Him to wipe away
your tears and heal you, to be the woman of God
that you are.

The Lord upholds all those [of His own] who are
falling and raises up all those who are bowed down.
