Devotional: God's Peace
Children's Christian Devotion on God's Peace ![]()
It was nearing the end of Jesus' life on earth. He was talking with His disciples to prepare them for what was ahead. They would face turmoil and tribulations, but He comforts them by letting them know that He would leave His peace with them. God's peace is not like what the world has to offer. We can know the peace of God despite what is going on in our lives. Even when we are in life's storms, we can know God's peace. We can have the assurance that Jesus is with us always. He will never leave us, nor forsake us. He holds our hand and walks with us through whatever we maybe facing. So, if you are going through a rough time right now, know that Jesus is with you–even right now–and He is walking with you by your side. He will give you His peace as you continue to call out to Him. May you know God's peace today and every day. © By M.S.Lowndes Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4: 6-7 (NLT)
